Xave World is acquired by the French group Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI)
Xave’s vision is to bring artists and their fans closer together in a unique virtual environment that will allow them to interact with each other and express themselves.
Through digital assets called NFT, fans will be able to access experiences, merchandising, song rights, concerts and exclusive releases from their favorite artists.
CBI will bring its power and expertise to launch Xave World connected with its AlphaVerse.
April 27, 2022. Xave World Metaverse, a blockchain technology company based in Barcelona and founded by Hernán Portugal, Diego Balan, Walter Semolic, Juan Cufré, Matías Calzada and Leandro Moleón, has been acquired by the French group Crypto Blockchain Industry (CBI). The Euronext-listed CBI is developing its own metaverse (AlphaVerse) and it already has a strong presence in the music and entertainment fields.
Frédéric Chesnais, CEO of CBI and a former CEO of Atari, has been one of the key drivers behind the growth of the Xave project in the last year. He has extensive experience in the field, having created CBI, with a market capitalization of hundreds of millions of euros.
Through this acquisition, Xave will become part of the Alphaverse, interconnecting all experiences around music, allowing all Aphaverse users to enjoy the stages and proposals for creators and artists that Xave will launch.
Xave World Metaverse has a decentralized economy using its own cryptocurrency -the Xave Coin- which is publicly offered on the Probit Global exchange since March 2022.
Also, Xave has created its own NFT marketplace, Xave Market, which operates as a digital store specialized in the sale of NFTs that allows fans, followers, collectors and cryptocurrency enthusiasts to acquire non-fungible token securely and a few clicks away, using a Crypto Wallet.
Concerts, song rights and direct experiences with the artist through NFTs
As a great differentiating attribute, Xave has some characteristics that make its NFTs unique, such as songs NFTs, which include a percentage of rights of the phonogram. This model allows the user to associate with the artist and receive, for a certain time, a passive income. Likewise, Xave proposes that the acquisition of a NFT is not limited only to its purchase and its value as a digital asset, but also that the buyer obtains access to direct experiences with the artist: collectible cards, VIP passes to physical concerts or virtual, exclusive live streaming, Meet & Greets, official merchandising, commemorative plaques, unique and exclusive access to listen to the next album or single in an unpublished way before its release, etc. In addition, with the aim of offering new ways to bring fans closer to their favourite artists, Xave is creating the “NFT Concerts”: a tokenization model that allows fans, through the purchase of a NFT, to finance a real concert or tour of their favorite artists.
Another great opportunity for both users and artists is that they will be able to own part of Xave World’s open metaverse by purchasing their own LANDS building their own customized place in Xave World.
The lands of Xave World’s open metaverse can be acquired by users in order for them to build their own houses or customized places.
